Eloise's flowers could also be seen installed on the main floor of Macy's Herald Square, Macy's flagship location. And lastly, these flowers were on view in the windows and instore displays at Macy's State Street in Chicago, Macy's San Francisco, Macy's Costa Mesa and Macy's Dadeland in Miami.

Eloise created a floral headress that appeared in Vogue Nippon's May issue. The shoot entitled "Celestial Moon" was shot by Michael Thompson and styled by Simon Robbins.

For the 2010 Holiday season, Eloise created paper sculptures for Macy’s Herald Square Holiday windows. 6500 paper stars were created and appear in 30 windows along 34th Street and 7th avenue. Eloise’s paper sculpture was featured in New York Magazine’s 2010 gift guide. In Fall of 2010, Eloise created paper garlands for the windows of Jo Malone Boutiques nationwide to celebrate the launch of their new fragrance English Pear & Freesia.

Eloise is featured in the August issue of Nylon magazine, and was featured as the 'Artist in Bloom" in the September issue of Flower Magazine.

In the May 2010 issue of W Magazine, Eloise's oversized paper flowers and floral garlands were featured in a photoshoot shot by Bruce Weber and styled by Camilla Nickerson. Paper Under the Knife at The Museum of Arts and Design in New York City. After appearing at the
Museum the Paper Doll travels to Kate's Paperie on 13th St where the dress remains on permanant display.

In the summer of 2009  Eloise collaborated with artist Molly Page, to create the Dino Head for the Sony recording artists Motion City Soundtrack. This Mask was used to support the band on their 2010 tour, supporting their latest Sony release "My Dinosaur Life". Eloise and Molly also created Dinosaur Robot costumes that the band wore for an AP Magazine editorial feature.

Eloise's intricate paper sculptures were featured in 23 windows at Macy’s New York flagship at Herald Square for the retailer’s 2009 Flower Show. The windows feature more than 2,500 handmade paper flowers comprising long, swirling garlands and 20 ornate headdresses. Subsequently Eloise appeared on the Martha Stewart television show, making intricate paper poppies with Martha.
